Pallavi Pillai

Pallavi Pillai is a seasoned professional in human capital consulting and human resources management with a strong educational background. Currently serving as a Senior Human Capital Consultant at AMS since May 2023, Pallavi previously held the position of Senior Executive HR at Kellton Tech from July 2022 to April 2023. Prior experience includes the role of HR Executive TA at Next Education India Pvt Ltd from July 2021 to July 2022 and Human Resources Recruiter at WINGS INTERNATIONAL GROUP from March 2017 to March 2019. Pallavi completed a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource from Gyan Ganga Institute of Technology Sciences (2015-2017) and another MBA in Human Resources Management from Rani Durgavati Vishwavidyalaya (2014-2016), alongside earning a Bachelor of Commerce in Computer Science from St. Aloysius College, Jabalpur (2011-2014).
