Rania El Khouly

Rania El Khouly is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience across multiple global organizations. Currently serving as the Global Human Resources Shared Services Senior Director at Weatherford since July 2023, Rania previously held the position of VP Human Capital Global Solutions at Majid Al Futtaim. Rania has also worked as a Human Resources Consultant in a confidential role, and as the Global HR People Operations Delivery Leader at Baker Hughes from June 2019 to January 2021. Prior to that, Rania served as the Regional HR Executive Director for GE's Global Growth Organization and Talent Development and held various HR leadership roles at Baker Hughes and British American Tobacco. Rania holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from The American University in Cairo.
