Linford Burkholder

As the Preconstruction Manager, Linford is responsible for planning and organizing everything that it takes to turn an idea and a set of blueprints into a working commercial building. His role involves overseeing commercial sales & estimating.

Linford strives to develop a well-thought-out plan and to bring in every project at or under budget. He considers it rewarding to reach those goals, along with developing friendships and relationships during the course of the project.

Linford studied the construction trades at Vo-Tech School and joined the Weaver team directly out of high school. He appreciates that Weaver’s is a faith-based company, and truly appreciates the opportunities that he has been given and the way they treat their customers and their employees.
