Raul Gonzalez is an accomplished Plant Director with extensive experience in manufacturing and operations management. They held various positions at Webasto Group from 2017 to 2022, including Operations Manager and Program Manager. Prior to this, Raul worked as a Manufacturing Manager at Valeo and Flex-N-Gate and as a Manufacturing Engineer at HI-LEX. Currently, they are pursuing a Black Belt in Six Sigma at IECS Group and a degree in Operational Excellence at Tecnológico de Monterrey, building upon their foundational degree in Ingenieria Electromecanica from Universidad Marista.
