Michael L. O'Connor

Michael L. O'Connor is the Senior Vice President of Webster Bank in Waterbury, Connecticut. Prior to joining Webster Bank, Michael served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Waterbury Development Corporation from 2005 to 2007. Michael also served as the Vice President of Operations for The Conroy Development Company from 2007 to 2011.

Michael began their career with the United States Army in 1985 and served for 27 years, retiring in 2012 as an Attorney/Military Officer in the office of the Judge Advocate General. Michael is a combat veteran, having served on Active Duty, in the Reserves and the National Guard.

Since retiring from the Army, Michael has been active in economic development in their hometown of Waterbury, Connecticut. In addition to their role at Webster Bank, they serve on the Board of Directors for the Waterbury Development Corporation and the Naugatuck Valley Development Corporation.

Michael L. O'Connor has a Juris Doctor from Ohio Northern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from High Point University.
