Ellen Tetlow

Ellen Tetlow, MSW/MAEd, is the owner of Ellen Tetlow Consulting, LLC, where since July 2019, inclusive solutions have been developed for LGBTQ inclusion in organizations serving seniors, alongside program development and leadership consulting. Since 1987, Ellen Tetlow has served as an adjunct full professor at Webster University, teaching in various graduate and undergraduate programs, including Gerontology and Counseling. Prior experience includes roles at Walt Disney World, where facilitation of seminars and management of guest services were key responsibilities, and a career as a therapist and consultant from 1986 to 2002. Ellen Tetlow co-founded ALIVE, Inc., dedicated to addressing domestic violence, and holds a Master of Social Work and Master of Arts in Education from Washington University in St. Louis, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from DePauw University.
