Jen McCann

Jen McCann currently serves as an Adjunct Full Professor at Saint Louis University and has extensive experience in IT leadership roles, primarily at Centene Corporation since November 2016. As the IT Director for Identity Excellence, Jen leads a team of 20 professionals in developing strategies for Identity and Access Management systems, addressing the needs of 68,000 users across the organization. Previously, Jen held the position of IT Director in the Strategic Delivery Office, where oversight was provided for a PMO managing $200M in enterprise scale projects. In addition to current adjunct roles at Webster University, where curriculum development and teaching responsibilities in MBA programs are undertaken, Jen's professional background includes positions in project management and administration at Enterprise Holdings, TMC Companies, and AFFINA, combined with a strong academic foundation in Business and Organizational Leadership from Webster University.
