Leo A. Lennon

Leo A. Lennon has extensive experience in academia and management. Currently serving as an Adjunct Full Professor and Management & Leadership Graduate Program Mentor at Webster University since October 1992, Leo has also been the President of Leo A. Lennon & Associates since September 1990. Previously, Leo held the position of Adjunct Professor at Barry University from 1989 to 2013 and was the Director of Academics at the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute from June 1986 to August 1990. Leo's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Providence College. Leo is recognized for a commitment to student learning and a strong emphasis on understanding concepts rather than rote memorization.
