Ruben Molina

Ruben Molina, PhD, serves as an Adjunct Full Professor and RAFB Campus Director at Webster University, a position held since 1990. Previously, Ruben Molina worked as a Human Resources Officer for the HQ Air Intelligence Agency from 1999 to 2011 and as an Area Manager for the U.S. Office of Personnel Management from January 1982 to January 2000, where responsibilities included recruitment, examination, and referral of candidates for various federal positions. Ruben Molina holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Northcentral University, as well as a Master of City Management from East Tennessee State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from The University of Texas-Pan American.
