Kathleen Stanley

Kathleen Stanley is an accomplished executive in the banking industry, currently serving as Executive Managing Director at Webster Bank since February 2022. In this role, Stanley oversees Regional Banking and various commercial specialty verticals such as Not for Profit, Property Management, Legal, Public Finance, and Government & Institutional Banking. Additionally, Stanley is a Founding Member at Camp Chateau since July 2022. Previously, Stanley held the position of Executive Managing Director at Sterling National Bank (January 2020 - February 2022), where leadership encompassed revenue and non-revenue generating teams. Prior experience includes Senior Vice President at City National Bank, where strategic partnerships were formed for sales and service across multiple regions, and roles at Capital One, Empire National Bank, State Bank of Long Island, and BNY Mellon, where Stanley developed significant expertise in treasury management and cash management solutions. Stanley holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Hofstra University.
