Zackary Walker

Zackary Walker has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role at WebTPA as a Finance Operations Analyst. In this position, they are responsible for ensuring timely billing of Self Funded insurance products and auditing invoices for accuracy.

Before joining WebTPA, Zackary worked at USA Truck, Inc. as a Driver Manager and later as an Operations Rotation Manager. In these roles, they gained experience in managing drivers and overseeing operations.

Prior to that, they served as a Teller at First Security Bank, where they worked from October 2017 to January 2020, and as a Sales Associate at Academy Sports + Outdoors from October 2016 to September 2017.

Through their various roles, Zackary has developed a strong background in finance, operations management, customer service, and sales.

Zackary Walker obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance, General from the University of Central Arkansas, where they studied from 2017 to 2020. Additionally, they obtained two additional certifications: "Power BI Bootcamp: Session 1 Replay" from Skillsoft in October 2022, and "Working with Databases (Access)" from Skillsoft in August 2022.
