Alex Heliotis

Alex Heliotis is the Vice President of Operations at WeDriveU. Alex has been with the company for six years, during which time they have held various titles, including Managing Director, Director of Operations, and Program Manager. In their current role, Alex is responsible for creating KPIs for the Operations Department and holding Directors accountable for performance. Alex also actively cultivates and enhances client relationships to drive profitability. Alex oversees 8 direct reports, including the Directors of Operations and the Operations Control Center. In addition, they develop operating budgets to meet corporate expectations.

Some of Alex's recent accomplishments include spearheading the implementation of a Leadership Development Program and communicating the status of ongoing initiatives to the Chief Operating Officer. Alex has also owned the relationship between WeDriveU and client transportation teams, proactively addressing concerns and implementing solutions to enhance SLAs.

Prior to joining WeDriveU, Alex managed transportation programs at Facebook Menlo Park, Facebook Seattle, and the Apple Dispatch Center. Alex led a team of 4 Program Managers, 6 Operations Managers, 12 dispatchers, and 150 drivers.

Alex Heliotis has a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Phoenix in Business Administration and Management. Alex studied at the University of Phoenix from 2010 to 2012.
