Amy Paolercio is currently the Director of Safety at WeDriveU. Amy has been in this role for the past 3 years and 7 months. Prior to that, they were the Safety Manager at Monroe Construction, Inc. for 1 year and 2 months.

Amy has also established and routinely communicated Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to drive operational excellence in Safety. Amy has drafted & enforced COVID-19 protocols, training, contact tracing investigations, etc. in line with the CDC, LHDP, & CalOSHA through the duration of the pandemic as an essential workplace. Lastly, they have trained & lead a team of ten Safety Supervisors throughout the US to execute all aspects of the ISO 45001 based SMS, including the corporate rebranding of safety as a core value, rather than a priority.

Amy Paolercio has a Bachelor of Science (BS) from California State University Bakersfield in Business Administration and Management, General from 2011-2013. Amy was involved in Women's Softball, SAAC, and Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society while they attended. Amy also has an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Fresno Pacific University from 2009-2011 where they were involved in Women's Soccer. Amy is also certified as an Associate Safety Professional (ASP) from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals, a Samsara Trainer Certified from Samsara, and a Field Safety Professional from Associated Builders and Contractors. Amy has also completed the OSHA 30-Hour from OSHA.
