C.tech Pirasanth Balasubramaniam

Pirasanth Balasubramaniam, C.Tech has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. They started their career in 2008 at The Brick, where they served as a Customer Service Associate, building and maintaining relationships with clients and ensuring excellent customer service. In 2013, they transitioned to A.O. Smith as an Engineering Technologist, responsible for executing and documenting test activities and maintaining the lab.

In 2017, Pirasanth joined Schwank as a Research Engineering Technologist, where they analyzed, implemented, and tested materials in a research lab. They also collaborated with sister companies to address field issues and assisted primary engineers in creating, modifying, and testing units. Additionally, they managed lab space and conducted certification testing of products.

Next, Pirasanth worked at Intertek as a Lab Tech, beginning in 2021. Their responsibilities in this role included carrying out laboratory testing, ensuring adherence to standards and protocols.

Their most recent position is with Welbilt Inc., where they started in September 2022 as a Test Engineer. In this role, they conduct functional testing on prototypes, guide lab personnel, set priorities, and ensure project leads' agreement.
