Matthew Willett

Matthew Willett is currently the Technical Services Team Lead at Welch Fluorocarbon Inc., a role held since March 2023. Prior to this, Matthew had a significant tenure at Pratt & Whitney from August 2012 to March 2023, where positions included Senior Manager for Engineering Support to Operations and Principal Engineer focusing on supply chain engagement for compressor stator components. During this period, Matthew was instrumental in quality enhancement through six sigma methodologies and strategic relationship development within the supply chain. Matthew also led cross-functional teams in the development of high spool compressor components as a Staff Engineer and managed supplier relations as a Supply Chain Account Specialist. Matthew's early career includes experiences as a Mechanical Design Engineer intern at Pratt & Whitney and an intern at the New England Air Museum. Academically, Matthew holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire and a dual Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical and Aeronautical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
