Francesca Piva

Francesca Piva is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in brand and sales finance management. Currently serving as the Brand and Sales Finance Senior Manager for the UK&I at Wella Company since August 2020, Francesca oversees brand finance for both professional and retail divisions, and has ownership of strategic revenue management processes. Previous roles include Sales Finance Senior Manager in Italy, where Francesca managed revenue processes and interacted closely with general management on strategic projects. At Coty, Francesca held the position of Senior Trade Marketing Manager, leading a team and shaping commercial strategies. Francesca's career began at Procter & Gamble, where key initiatives were implemented for high-profile brands, further enhancing expertise in trade marketing and sales management.
