Victoria Briand

Victoria Briand is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product development and research within the cosmetics and chemical industries. Currently serving as Director of OPI R&D Retail and Color Collections at Wella Company since May 2021, Briand has previously held significant roles at Revlon Inc. as Sr. Manager of Product Development and at Avon in various capacities, including Manager of Consumer Product Design. Briand's early career included research roles with a focus on chemical properties and materials, including a thesis project at École Nationale Supérieure des Industries Chimiques in France. Briand holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry with a specialization in Polymer Science from the University of Connecticut and a B.S. in Chemistry from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
