Jordan Hammond

Jordan is responsible for ensuring that the compensation program remains competitive in order to attract and retain staff. She provides leadership and coordination in the development, implementation and administration of staff compensation programs. She leads all processes and procedures related to the compensation program and is responsible for ensuring program compliance.
