Rosalind Barnett, Ph.D., serves as a Senior Scholar at Wellesley College's Wellesley Centers for Women since July 2019, following a distinguished career as a prize-winning author and work-family researcher. With expertise in gender issues in the workplace, Barnett has authored ten books addressing various aspects of gender dynamics, work-family balance, and the challenges associated with an aging workforce. In addition to private practice in psychotherapy, which has spanned from 1965 to the present, Barnett held significant roles at Brandeis University, including Senior Scientist and Director of the Community, Families and Work Program, as well as visiting positions at Boston College and Harvard University. Barnett's educational background includes a Ph.D. and an MA in Clinical Psychology from Harvard University, complemented by a BA with honors in Psychology from Queens College.
