Amber Smith

Amber Smith currently serves as an Advisor for the Rates Customer Experience at Wellington City Council, a position held since January 2021, and has also been seconded to the role of Senior Advisor for Official Information. Prior experience includes roles as a Customer Service Representative at The Puffin and as a Sommelier and Duty Manager at Floriditas, with a background in hospitality and customer service from various positions between 2015 and 2019 across Wellington and Christchurch. Educational qualifications include studies at Te Kura Taurua o Horomaka, the Wine & Spirit Education Trust, and ServiceIQ, as well as training through Wellington City Council.
