Tony Sithonnorath

Tony Sithonnorath has extensive experience in operations and program management within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as an Operations Business Systems Integrator for Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield since December 2014, Tony has held various positions, including Team Leader for Quality Program and Accreditation and Policy and Project Specialist. Prior to this role, Tony was the hawk-i Program Manager for the State of Iowa, overseeing statewide implementation and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to ensure program success. With a strong focus on legislative policy analysis, administrative rule writing, and healthcare research, Tony has effectively facilitated collaboration between business and technical teams. Tony's educational background includes a Master of Science in Business Analytics and an MBA in Management and Organizations from the University of Iowa, along with a degree in Marketing from Iowa State University.
