Senior Fixed Income Business Initiatives Leader, Wells Fargo Asset Management at Wells Fargo

Andy Hunt leads the development and execution of strategic product and business priorities across the global credit platform at Wells Fargo Asset Management (WFAM). In this capacity, he focuses on building out the firm's liability-driven investing solutions, executing investment and commercial initiatives, and creating a cohesive global credit platform.

Andy joined WFAM from BlackRock, where he served as head of North American solutions for corporate pensions plans, including U.S. liability-driven investment capabilities. Earlier, he was a partner at Watson Wyatt (now Willis Towers Watson) in the United Kingdom in various roles as an actuary, a senior investment consultant, and head of investment consulting for defined contribution.

Andy earned a degree in mathematics from Cambridge University. He has earned the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) designation as well as the United Kingdom's Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries (FIA) designation.
