Darlene Vasquez

Darlene Vasquez has a robust background in the finance and consulting sectors, with significant experience in independent testing and audit roles. Most recently, Darlene served as Senior Lead Independent Testing Officer at Wells Fargo from August 2022 to February 2025, following a progression from Lead Independent Testing Officer as a Vice President. Prior roles include Manager and Senior Consultant at Protiviti, and Senior Accountant at Integrity Marketing Group LLC. Darlene began a career in auditing with PricewaterhouseCoopers, holding various positions including Senior Associate, Experienced Associate, and Assurance Intern from June 2014 to June 2019.
