Melinda Hill

MELINDA HILL, MSN, RN, CNE, is an accomplished nursing professional with extensive experience in clinical education and nursing management. Currently serving as a Unit Based Clinical Educator at WellStar Health System since November 2016, MELINDA is responsible for training staff and maintaining credentialing within a Renal - Vascular Acute Care Unit and a Dialysis area. Previous roles include Charge/Preceptor O.R Nurse at Northside Hospital, CVOR/Staff Nurse at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, and Nurse Manager at Emory Healthcare’s Out-Patient Surgery Center. MELINDA has also contributed to the American Academy of Ophthalmology as a member of the Abstract Committee and served as a Clinical Specialist at iScience Interventional, where training was provided for new glaucoma therapy. MELINDA holds a Master's degree in Nursing Education from the Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing at Emory University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Registered Nursing from Dillard University.
