Israela Adah Brill-Cass is an experienced Ombud and educator specializing in conflict resolution and negotiation. Currently serving as an independent contract Ombud at The Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard and as the inaugural Ombuds at Wesleyan University, Brill-Cass provides confidential support for faculty and staff in addressing workplace concerns. As Chief Fixing Officer at fixerrr, Brill-Cass instructs individuals and organizations on productive communication and conflict resolution. With a background as an adjunct professor at Emerson College and experience teaching salary negotiation at Society of Grownups, Brill-Cass also held leadership roles in dispute resolution at organizations including Boston Law Collaborative and Massachusetts Office of Dispute Resolution.
