Hannah Barnard

Hannah Barnard is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Wessex Water since March 2021. Previously, Hannah held the position of HR Business Partner at Babcock International Group from March 2017 to December 2020, where outstanding people skills were utilized to collaborate with Board Directors and senior leaders, fostering an engaging workplace through the execution of the People Plan. Earlier career roles include HR Advisor at Babcock International Group PLC from November 2006 to February 2011 and HR Administrator at Airbus from September 2005 to October 2006. Hannah holds an MA in HRM from the University of the West of England and a BSc in International Business Administration from Cardiff University.
