Mgis Sarah Harvey

Sarah Harvey, MGIS, GISP, is a seasoned GIS Analyst at WEST Consultants, Inc. since April 2007, specializing in spatial analysis, data management, and cartography. Prior to this role, Sarah worked as an Operations Management Specialist at UPS from October 2002 to May 2005, focusing on logistics and distribution operations. Sarah holds a Master's Degree in Geographic Information Systems for Sustainability Management from the University of Washington (2011-2014) and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of Washington (2004-2006), with additional education at the University of Groningen in 2006.
