Barbara Kennedy

Barbara Kennedy currently serves as the EVP & CHRO at Western Alliance Bancorporation. Prior to this, they were with Encore Capital Group from April 2014 to March 2018 as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources. From August 2008 to March 2014, they were with United Stationers Inc. in the same capacity. Kennedy began their career in human resources at Swift Transportation in August 1999, eventually becoming their Executive Vice President before moving to Barr-Nunn Transportation in July 1994, where they served as Vice President of Human Resources.

Barbara Kennedy has a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from University of Missouri-Columbia. Barbara also attended St. Teresa's Academy for their high school education.

They work with Dale M. Gibbons - CFO, Stacey Hunter-Adams - AVP, Portfolio Management, and Jessica Jarvi - General Counsel. Barbara Kennedy reports to Kenneth A. Vecchione, President & CEO.
