Martin Sims

Martin Sims is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in release management and IT service management. Currently serving as a Senior Release Manager at Western Alliance Bank since April 2021, Martin has previously held positions at US Airways (now American Airlines) in IT Service Management from October 2013 to May 2020, and worked as a Release Coordinator at both Scottsdale Insurance Company and CVS Health from April 2013 to April 2013. Prior to this, Martin's career included significant roles at Microsoft, where responsibilities spanned the entire lifecycle of service features and operational procedure implementation, and a Program Manager position at America West Airlines focused on network migration and support. Martin holds an Associate of Arts degree in Electronics from the Phoenix Institute of Technology, earned between 1984 and 1985.
