Preet M. Takkar is the current EVP and CIO at Western Dental. Takkar has over 25 years of experience in the dental industry. Prior to joining Western Dental, Takkar was the Senior Vice President of Practice Financial and Reporting Services at OrthoSynetics from April 2013 to March 2015. Takkar has also held positions at Coast Dental and SmileCare as the Vice President of Patient Financial Services and Vice President of Information Systems and Revenue Management respectively. Takkar started their career as a software engineer at Quality Systems, Inc in 1995 and worked there until 2002. Under their leadership, Western Dental has seen a significant increase in patient satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Preet M. Takkar attended California State University, Long Beach where they earned their degree in Business Administration.
