Racheli Laist has over 23 years of diverse experience in human resources and administration, primarily with Western Digital from January 2013 to December 2023 as a Senior HR Business Partner, focusing on aligning HR programs with business strategy and providing managerial support. Previously, Racheli served as an HR Business Partner, offering consulting and coaching on various HR processes, and as an Employee Experience & Community Relations Manager, recognized for implementing community outreach initiatives in Israel. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Administration at SanDisk and Field Marketing Manager for the Middle East Region at Check Point Software Technologies, where Racheli managed teams and led promotional efforts. Racheli holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
