Loucinda Charles

Loucinda Charles has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Social Media Support Manager at Westgate Resorts since January 2022, after progressing from the role of Social Media Support Supervisor. Prior to this, Loucinda held multiple positions at Westgate Resorts from July 2014 to October 2021, including Social Media Assistant, Quality Assurance Lead, Customer Service Representative, and Resort Services Operator. Loucinda earned an Associate of Science degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Valencia College between 2020 and 2023 and holds a High School Diploma from Oak Ridge High School, obtained in 2011.
