Jennifer Shen

Jennifer Shen, CPA, currently serves as a Senior Internal Auditor at Westlake since September 2023. Prior to this role, Jennifer worked at EY from October 2021 to September 2023, advancing from Audit Associate to Audit Senior. Earlier experience includes positions at RSM US LLP, where Jennifer started as an Audit Intern in January 2020 and progressed to Audit Associate until September 2021. Jennifer's audit expertise encompasses financial statement audits primarily in the oil & gas and service industries. Jennifer's early career includes a Finance Intern role at Direct Energy, where substantial improvements were made in the reconciliation process, and work as an Office Assistant and Accounting Assistant in various organizations. Jennifer holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Houston’s C.T. Bauer College of Business, obtained between 2018 and 2020.
