Penny Stavliotis

Penny Stavliotis is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in wealth management and banking. Currently serving as the Head of Private Wealth NSW/ACT at Westpac since October 2022, Penny leads a team dedicated to assisting high net worth individuals and families in managing their wealth. Prior to Westpac, Penny held various leadership roles at NAB, including General Manager of Private Bank NSW/ACT/QLD, where responsibility was taken for a team of 120 bankers, and at Macquarie Group, where roles spanned from Head of Client Management for Professional Services to National Segment Head for Commercial Real Estate. Penny’s core competencies include driving profitability, developing strategic plans, building proficient teams, and managing complex issues while maintaining a client-centric focus. With a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Economics from UNSW, Penny brings a strong educational background to complement a successful career in financial services.
