Tim R.

Tim R. is an experienced executive with a strong background in corporate strategy and private equity. Since July 2017, Tim has served as Chief Administrative Officer (Wealth Management) and Head of Private Equity at Westwood Holdings Group, Inc., where responsibilities include leading the internal private equity practice and driving strategic growth through mergers and acquisitions. Prior to this role, Tim held the position of Senior Manager of Corporate Strategy & Innovation at Southwest Airlines from July 2014 to June 2017, focusing on aligning innovation with corporate initiatives. Tim also contributed to corporate strategy and executive alignment efforts at Southwest. Earlier experience includes a tenure at Accenture, where Tim worked on post-merger integrations and provided advisory services to corporate leadership. Tim began a career in finance and accounting with an internship at Meridian Resource and Exploration after earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Abilene Christian University.
