Kelly Heijligenberg

Kelly Heijligenberg is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of People Operations at WeTravel since October 2025. Prior to this role, Kelly held the position of Chief People Officer at Virtuagym, where responsibilities included overseeing global People Operations across various locations. Kelly's experience also includes significant achievements as Head of People & Culture at Aroundtown SA, where key accomplishments involved coordinating operational mergers, in-housing recruitment, implementing HRIS platforms, and enhancing employee engagement. Previous roles include HR Manager at Lianeo Real Estate, where the foundations of Kelly's career were established, and HR Manager at foodora, where a People function was created from scratch.
