WFHomie Appoints Blair Griffiths as Operations Manager

Remote workplace platform WFHomie has announced the appointment of Blair Griffiths as Operations Manager. Blair will report to co-founder and CEO Pavla Bobosikova and will play a leading role in helping customers to establish foundations for their remote working requirements that allow employees to stay connected and businesses to achieve their goals.
Blair was born and raised in Montreal, Canada. She has a degree in Commerce and a Master’s degree in Business Administration, which she completed after a three-year career in commercial banking. Her Master’s degree helped her to pursue her interest in the retail sector, and she has spent the last six years working in finance, project management, and operations with Sephora. During that time, she helped to deliver the company’s 'Reserve Online, Pick up in Store' and Instacart projects.
She believes with the world moving towards remote workplaces, it’s a great opportunity to understand the best way to grow remote businesses that support their staff.
“For these companies, often it’s not necessarily their area of expertise to be able to provide all this stuff to their staff. So we can own that,” she says. “We make the experience personalized for the employees, and it's a good value add for the companies we work with. For example, with onboarding processes, they can feel very informal when you're remote. But we're there to put that personalized touch on it and provide new employees with things that can make them feel closer to the company, regardless of where they are.”
Blair is a big fan of cooking, and can usually be found in the kitchen when she’s not at work. Outside of that, she loves playing tennis in her spare time.
