Austin Jowers

Austin Jowers is a skilled Gas Supply Analyst with extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving at Shipley Energy since April 2022. Previously, Jowers held the position of Senior Capital Project Analyst at UGI Utilities, Inc. and returned to Shipley Energy in various analytical roles, including Gas Supply Analyst and Electricity Analyst from April 2018 to June 2021. Notable responsibilities include scheduling electricity, analyzing power settlement data, maintaining regulatory compliance, and developing energy forecasts. Jowers also has experience in project scheduling from Client Solution Architects and program management at Accenture, coupled with early internships at the Penn State Applied Research Lab, Joint Interagency Task Force South, and Senator Bob Casey’s Office. Jowers holds a Bachelor's Degree in Security and Risk Analysis with minors in Political Science and Global Security from Penn State University.
