Eduardo Salas

Eduardo Salas currently serves as the VP and NAR CIO at Whirlpool Corporation since October 2024. Prior to this, Eduardo held several leadership positions at Kenvue from May 2023 to October 2024, including VP, Head of Technology for North America and Global MarTech. Eduardo also spent over three years at Johnson & Johnson as VP, Head of Technology North America, following roles as Senior Director in Business Technology for both the US Skin Health and Self Care divisions. Before that, Eduardo was with Reckitt from September 2016 to January 2020, serving as IT Director for Global Digital and Ecommerce Technologies. Earlier experience includes a tenure at Danone, where Eduardo worked as Sr. IT Infrastructure Manager and IS/IT Account Manager for Bonafont. Eduardo earned dual MBA degrees in Global Business and Strategy from both the UNC Charlotte Belk College of Business and Tecnológico de Monterrey between January 2009 and January 2011.
