Sushil Paradhe

Sushil Paradhe is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in Noise, Vibration, and Harshness (NVH) as well as Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD). Currently serving as Engineering Director and Group Lead for NVH, CFD & System Modeling at Whirlpool Corporation since June 2009, Sushil leads over 70 professionals and drives Virtual Product Development by integrating multidisciplinary streams to enhance product performance. Sushil's career began with roles at Mahindra and Mahindra Limited and the Vehicle Research and Development Establishment, where Sushil specialized in NVH simulations and analysis. An educational background includes an M. Tech. in Automobile Engineering from Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute and a B. Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University. Sushil's competencies encompass technical coaching, multidisciplinary collaboration, and systematic problem solving through 6 Sigma methodologies.
