Arlet Polack

Arlet Polack, M.Ed, is a seasoned professional in talent management and health promotion, currently serving as a Senior Talent Management Consultant and Instructional Designer, Project Lead at Whole Foods Market since October 2021, focusing on change enablement related to workforce management and employee experience. Previously, at Healthier Texas, Polack held various roles including Manager of Capacity Building, where consulting projects involved developing workplace wellness strategies for school districts and health districts. In addition, Polack has experience in program coordination, successfully restructuring programs to increase participant numbers, and has also collaborated on initiatives that secured significant grant funding. Experience includes leading community health projects with El Buen Samaritano and engaging in recreational programming with the City of Lubbock. Arlet Polack holds an M.Ed in Public Health Education and Promotion from Texas State University and an Instructional Design Certificate from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
