Renee Hauser

Renee Hauser is currently a Major Accounts Coordinator at Wick Communications. Prior to their current position, they worked as an Admin Asst/ Front desk at Broadpoint Properties from June 2016 to February 2017. There, they were responsible for receptionist duties, answering phones, and data entry for Brokers agents. Additionally, they received rent payments for rentals and contacted agencies to repair or replace items in rental properties. Renee also opened and closed the office, ordered supplies, and had all office keys.

From February 2013 to November 2015, Hauser worked as a Retail Loan Processor at Union Bank. In this role, they processed FHA loans and worked with underwriters and loan officers to close loans. Additionally, they ordered estimated HUD1 and pay off demands from escrow, ordered and reviewed appraisals, scanned and uploaded required documents, submitted files to underwriters for review, approvals, and conditions, completed verification of employment, and contacted borrowers for additional documentation. Renee also carried a pipeline of 15 to 20 files. Her experience includes Microsoft Word, Excel, FHA connection, Empower, the work number, am best, virtual merchant, Old Republic credit services, and they have had an NMLS number with previous employers.

Hauser's previous position was as a Bankruptcy Operations Legal Assist. at McCarthy & Holthus LLP from October 2011 to February 2013.

Renee Hauser's educational career began with their attending Forsyth Technical Community College to gain some general education. Renee then attended Palomar Community College for general education and sports. After Mira Costa Community College, they obtained their diploma from Oceanside high school.
