Josine Klaassens has accumulated extensive experience in customer service and administrative roles since 1997. Currently a customer service team member and sales employee at Wienerberger Nederland since February 2001, Josine manages daily customer interactions, order processing, and claims management, in addition to responsibilities at the reception desk. Prior to this, Josine worked as a telephonist/receptionist at Venlo Sanitair from October 1997 to February 2001 and as a secretary at Huys & Partners BV for a brief period.
