Veronica R.S. Bauer

Veronica is a trusted advisor for individuals and families who seek practical strategies for their estate planning and estate-related needs. A Partner in the firm’s Private Client Services Department, Veronica counsels clients on estate planning, estate and trust management, and charitable planning and administration.

She helps clients with tax-efficient and practical estate, gift, and income tax planning. She also assists fiduciaries and beneficiaries through estate settlement and trust administration matters.

With a 5/5 Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating, Veronica is a Florida Board Certified Wills, Trusts, and Estates Lawyer. She started her practice in Connecticut and relocated to Palm Beach in 1997. In addition to her clients in Florida, she continues to serve clients in Connecticut and New York.

Veronica received her LL.M. in Estate Planning from the University of Miami and her J.D. from the New England School of Law, where she received the American Jurisprudence Award for Wills. She received her B.A. cum laude in political science from Marist College.

Veronica is a member of various organizations, including several gardening clubs, and is active in her community. She lives in Palm Beach, Florida with her husband and two children.
