Prior to assuming this role, Mr. Bates served as [Fandom](/org/wikia) X's Director of Content, generating tens of millions in direct revenue through the development of branded partnerships with media companies, advertisers and agencies. Mr. Bates has been with [Fandom](/org/wikia) for four years, first joining the company as Senior Manager for Games Programming in 2015. Previously, Mr. Bates worked in video gaming, overseeing community programs at [Electronic Arts](/org/electronic-arts)' (EA) [BioWare](/org/bioware) San Francisco studio and Rumble Entertainment, and serving as Managing Editor for the gaming website Bitmob (now [VentureBeat](/org/venturebeat)'s GamesBeat).

Mr. Ajmal has a long track record of helping build and lead high-performing teams from inception through exit. Prior to joining [Fandom](/org/wikia), Mr. Ajmal served as Chief Technology Officer at LendingHome, a leading digital mortgage provider, where he led Engineering, Product Management, Design, Data and Technology Operations. Notably, he led the company’s Consumer Mortgage and Retail Investment business units during their first year, scaling them to become standalone businesses. Prior to that, Mr. Ajmal held leadership roles at multiple private and public companies, including Posterous, acquired by Twitter, TenMarks Education, acquired by Amazon, and Homestead Technologies, acquired by [Intuit](/org/intuit). She joins [Fandom](/org/wikia) from [Condé Nast](/org/conde-nast), where she served as EVP Marketing, Research & Analytics across a portfolio of brands including WIRED, [Vanity Fair](/org/vanity-fair), and [The New Yorker](/org/the-new-yorker). Prior to that role, Fried held various leadership positions at Discovery Communications, VEVO, and NBC Universal. Throughout her career, Fried has demonstrated excellence in leading teams, growing audiences, and developing marketable, data-driven insights for media companies and advertisers alike.

Marc Steir is the SVP of U.S. Sales at [Fandom](/org/wikia). Marc has held previous positions as VP, Sales Manager at Turner Sports Digital, Manager, Sports Sales- East Coast at Westwood One, Manager, Ticket Sales Development at the [New York Mets](/org/new-york-mets), and Director, Group Sales at the New Haven Ravens. Marc began their career as an intern with the New Britain Rock Cats before becoming their Merchandise Manager and then moving on to UMass Men's Basketball Team as their Manager.

Carrie Nicholson Parameswaran is the SVP Research & Insights at [Fandom](/org/wikia). Carrie has over 15 years of experience in marketing and advertising research. 

Carrie started their career as a Senior Media Planner at Answerthink Inc in 1999. Carrie then moved to Keynote Systems in 2002 as a Manager of Media Services. In 2005, they joined Thomson Reuters as a Manager of Global Insights. Carrie was with Turner from 2006-2013, first as Vice President of Digital & Cross-Platform Research & Sales Strategy and then as VP Ad Innovation from 2013-2015. Carrie has been with [Fandom](/org/wikia) since 2016.

In addition to managing and growing all existing revenue streams in the United States and Canada, Shapiro developed sales programs aimed at driving revenue from new customers and monetize potential new products and businesses. 

Kenneth collaborated across the iHeart Media to develop customized solutions for clients and work with product development to identify opportunities for new services and features that respond to evolving consumer behaviors and marketplace trends.

Kim Taylor-Foster is the current Entertainment Editor at [Fandom](/org/wikia). Kim has over 10 years of experience in the field of editing, writing, and content strategy. Kim has a deep understanding of how content can best achieve commercial objectives and has played a key role in developing content solutions for various brands. In their previous positions, they have managed teams of writers and delivered high-quality content to commercial clients. Kim is also experienced in utilizing social media to amplify content and maximize engagement.

Roth Cornet is the current VP of Content at [Fandom](/org/wikia). Roth has experience working in content production and has held previous positions at HitFix and IGN Entertainment. At HitFix, Roth was responsible for restructuring the video program to meet aggressive growth goals. Within the first four months of initiating the new video program, views had increased by 300%. Roth also implemented reforms including: engineering and structural adjustments, best practices in terms of organically marrying written and video content, stronger headlines, focused topics and strategic promotion.

At IGN Entertainment, Roth was responsible for creating initiatives for both written and video content to refine coverage approach to reach a larger audience and create efficiencies. Roth also conducted data evaluation and restructuring of the interview strategy, which ultimately tripled traffic for this content type, leading to greater opportunities and a larger industry footprint. In addition, Roth participated in the development and execution of the now signature San Diego Comic-Con livestream, which features over four hours of live-content, and additional produced content, over the three day period.

Before working at Marvel, Eric was the Executive Editor at IGN Entertainment from January 2006 to December 2017, where they managed the day-to-day content of IGN.com’s television section, designed and published the page layout of IGN TV on a daily basis, oversaw, organized and edited content written by freelancers, conducted interviews with television and film actors/creators, coordinated with networks and studios to secure exclusive content, wrote reviews/features for IGN TV, Movies, DVD and Blu-Ray, covered the opening of new theme park events/attractions, and co-hosted a weekly podcast and weekly video discussion show. Eric also used Social Networking websites to promote IGN TV content.
