Kenneth Shapiro is currently the CRO at Fandom. Prior to that, they were the Executive Vice President for Sales at Clear Channel Outdoor-North America from January 2014 to June 2014. Kenneth was responsible for the development of a comprehensive national go-to market sales strategy and direct business development initiatives that aligned with Clear Channel Outdoor efforts to help advertisers effectively reach and more deeply engage specific target audiences among today's modern, connected mobile consumers.
In addition to managing and growing all existing revenue streams in the United States and Canada, Shapiro developed sales programs aimed at driving revenue from new customers and monetize potential new products and businesses. Kenneth collaborated across the iHeart Media to develop customized solutions for clients and work with product development to identify opportunities for new services and features that respond to evolving consumer behaviors and marketplace trends.
Prior to their time at Clear Channel, Shapiro served as the Senior Vice President- Turner Digital at Turner Broadcasting System from December 2003 to December 2014. In this role, they were responsible for developing and executing the digital advertising sales strategy for CNN, HLN, TNT, TBS, Cartoon Network, Adult Swim, truTV, Boomerang and Turner Classic Movies. This included working with content teams, product development, data partners and marketing to create innovative ad experiences for advertisers that leverage Turner’s premium content assets and unique audience targeting capabilities.
Kenneth Shapiro attended the University of Maryland, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications. Kenneth also attended Pascack Hills High School.
