Shirley Hall is an experienced educator and curriculum developer currently serving as Co-Chair of the Council of Ontario Educational Developers (COED). At Wilfrid Laurier University, Shirley Hall has been a User Experience Design Contract Teaching Faculty since September 2014 and has held roles as an Educational Developer and Curriculum Developer in the Office of the Provost and Vice-President Academic. Previously, Shirley Hall was a Sessional Instructor at the University of Guelph, where responsibilities included guiding urban design and introduction to design courses, and conducted research related to teaching and learning. Additional experience includes roles at Niagara College Canada, the University of Waterloo, and the Higher Education Quality Council of Ontario. Shirley Hall holds a Master of Landscape Architecture and a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from the University of Guelph, has pursued a Doctor of Philosophy in Geography at Wilfrid Laurier University, and has a background in Equine Studies.
