Julien Bellanger

Julien Bellanger is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in technology and marketing. Currently serving as President at Wiliot since January 2025, Bellanger previously held the position of Chief Marketing Officer and VP of Runtime Security at Imperva from August 2018 to July 2024. As a co-founder and CEO of Prevoty from March 2013 to August 2018, Bellanger focused on real-time visibility and protection for applications and data through Runtime Application Self Protection (RASP). Prior to that, Bellanger co-founded Personagraph, which emphasized user safety and privacy in digital experiences. At Technicolor, from September 2003 to July 2009, Bellanger significantly advanced the retail media network in Latin America and held various leadership roles contributing to international development and audit processes. Academic credentials include an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a Bachelor’s degree from ISG Institut Supérieur de Gestion.
