Christine Nishimura

Christine Nishimura has extensive experience in human resources, particularly in total rewards and benefits management. From September 2016 to March 2022, Christine served as the Associate Director of Total Rewards & HRIS at The William and Flora Hewlett Foundation, where responsibilities included strategic design and development of compensation programs and health and welfare benefits. Prior to that role, Christine worked as a Senior Compensation & Benefits Manager and Benefits Manager at the same foundation, focusing on competitive total rewards strategies and improving employee benefits practices. Previous experience includes serving as a Strategic Broker Account Manager at PlanSource and a Benefits Technology Specialist at EPIC, specializing in benefits technology consulting. Christine holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Personnel Administration and Industrial Relations from Cal State East Bay, as well as a Paralegal Certificate from Kaplan University.
