Elena Chambers

Elena joined the Group in September 2018 as a Transformation Director for Group Change. She has since progressed to the role of Chief of Staff supporting Ulrik with day-to-day Business Performance Management and Strategic Projects. Before joining William Hill, Elena worked at Walgreens Boots Alliance as Director of Change and Programme Management. She also spent ten years at British American Tobacco holding various roles in Target Operating Model design, Business Transformation, Technology and Finance. She is passionate about facing new challenges, working through complexities and bringing a wide range of competencies into her role. Elena is a keen traveller and takes every opportunity to visit a new spot with her family with at least 50% of the world covered to date.
